The County of San Diego invites resumes from experienced radio communications, electronics or information technology professionals with demonstrated skills and abilities to plan, manage and direct the activities of the Sheriff’s Department Wireless Services Division.
The incumbent will report directly to the Director, Sheriff’s Management Services and will have significant responsibility for formulating policy as it relates to managing the activities of the Wireless Services Division by providing radio electronics and microwave communications services to the County of San Diego and non-County public safety and public service agencies throughout San Diego County and Imperial County.
The Sheriff’s Communications Systems Manager plans, organizes and directs the activities of an assigned division within the Sheriff’s Department providing support and communication services related to wireless voice and data radio electronic systems used by County departments and outside government agencies; formulates and implements policies and procedures relating to the application, maintenance, utility, and feasibility of microwave, voice and data radio electronics systems and services using a variety of radio frequency spectrum; and directs the development and implementation of departmental plans and programs relating to the Wireless Services Division.

Senior Security Coordinator
Location: Sacramento CA
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is accepting applications for a Senior Security Coordinator assigned to the Emergency Response and Security Unit (ERS) located in our Northern/Central Regional Office located in Sacramento.
This position will plan, organize, and direct the assessment of the emergency preparedness and security needs for the Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, Administrative Office of the Courts, trial courts, and other judicial branch agencies within assigned work areas. In addition, he/she will regularly conduct facility security assessments and recommend security enhancements, and coordinate all-hazards emergency preparedness programs.
Under the direction of the Executive Office, the ERS Unit is committed to ensuring the safety of all employees, court personnel, and public through a comprehensive emergency planning and security program that seeks to provide the highest level of protection for individuals, facilities, and property of the AOC and all California courts.
