Denise joined CSSA in August 2008 when she replaced the former Finance and Operations Director. As the Finance and Operations Officer, Denise is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the Association and Foundation. Her position also includes coordination of the production of our magazine, California Sheriff. In addition, Denise is the CSSA staff member assigned to the Audit, Budget & Finance Committee and IT Committee.

Prior to her current position, Denise was a Senior Associate at Gilbert & Associates in Sacramento. Her job experience includes working as an auditor in public accounting for over six years and as an Accountant in private industry prior to her public accounting experience. Denise enjoys new challenges and traveling.
