DNA/COLD CASE SUMMIT
The California District Attorneys Association along with the California Police Chiefs Association, the California
State Sheriffs’ Association, the California Victim Assistance Association, the California Association of Crime
Laboratory Directors, the Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board, the California Victim Assistance
Association, Citizens Against Homicide, the Institute for the Advancement of Criminal Justice and others are proud to
present this one-day summit. The DNA/Cold Case Summit will highlight old and cold homicide cases, successes,
failures, promising practices and their impacts on prosecution, law enforcement, victims and crime labs. It will provide
training, forums, and networking opportunities for district attorneys, sheriffs, chiefs of police, lab directors, cold case/
homicide prosecutors and detectives, criminalists, city council members and county board of supervisors, legislators,
and victim advocates.
This course is certified for 5 MCLE hours (subject to final approval of the

California Motorcycle Safety Summit
The California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and California Highway Patrol (CHP) invite you to attend the California Motorcycle Safety Summit to be held at the Irvine Marriott.
The Motorcycle Safety Summit is to allow the motorcyclist community to have an active voice in the effort to reduce the number of California motorcycle collisions, injuries, and fatalities. It will be a great opportunity for stakeholders (law enforcement, insurance companies, medical personnel, motorcycle magazine representatives/editors/journalists, etc.) to come together, share critical information and develop comprehensive programs to promote motorcycle safety.
There is no registration fee to attend, however it is by invitation only.
